1. Generally choose backwashing on the production line: first close the original liquid and filtrate pipeline switches, rinse with bacteria-free water, input from the original outlet, and discharge from the inlet or the drain hole at the bottom of the filter. The backwash must have pressure but cannot pass through. Large, usually around 5 kg.
2. Remove the stainless steel pleated filter element and clean it in the cleaning solution. First, soak it and clean it repeatedly.
Cleaning fluids are generally available:
A. Sodium hydroxide, 0.1NNaOH
B. 1-2% citric acid water solvent or 0.1N oxalic acid solvent, 0.1N hydrochloric acid solvent.
C. When cleaning with enzyme solvents and other solvents, it is generally best to control the temperature at 30-40 degrees.
Precautions when cleaning: Filter raw solutions with relatively high protein content, such as draft beer, nutrient solutions, etc., must be disinfected at high temperatures after cleaning the filter element to prevent high-temperature protein agglomeration and clogging of the membrane pores.
