It flows into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the grate plate with the water and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter creates a jet effect inside the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time expires, the material does not flow during the entire process, and backwashing consumes less water, achieving continuous and automated production. Due to the low production concentration in the industry and the relatively high level of high-end products, The phenomena of low supporting R&D capabilities and low manufacturing technology level in the stainless steel filter industry still exist, and the import and export trade deficit continues to expand.
